Sun Synergy Contracts is a CIDB G4 certified renovation contractor and interior design firm headquartered in Petaling Jaya. Since 2016, we have delivered residential and commercial projects across the Klang Valley and beyond, under the leadership of Design Director Catherine Ng.

Our story
Founded on a simple frustration
Sun Synergy Contracts was incorporated on 29 December 2016 to solve a problem that anyone who has ever attempted a serious renovation knows well: when something goes wrong on site, the contractor blames the designer, the designer blames the supplier, the supplier blames the builder, and the homeowner is left holding a half-finished space and a growing invoice.
Our answer was to consolidate every trade under one accountable roof. Structural, mechanical, electrical, tiling, carpentry, painting, aluminium, glass, and wet works - all coordinated by us, all signed for by us, all warranted by us. One contract, one timeline, one number to call when you have a question.
That model has carried us from our first residential renovations in Petaling Jaya to landmark commercial fit-outs including the KLIA Air Traffic Control Tower briefing rooms and the Mercedes-Benz Cycle & Carriage premium showroom in Kuala Lumpur. Today we run residential, commercial, and hospitality projects across the Klang Valley, and we accept high-value commissions throughout Malaysia.

One contract, one accountable party
We are the only signature on your project contract. Every trade we coordinate works to our standards, on our schedule, under our supervision. When you have a question, you have one number to call - and the answer never starts with "that is the other contractor's responsibility."
Itemised pricing, fixed up front
Every quotation we issue is broken down line by line - materials, labour, finishes, contingency. You will know what each part of your project costs before we start, and the price we sign on is the price you pay. No hidden costs surfacing mid-project.
Real timelines, milestone payments
We commit to a written timeline at contract signing and we structure payments around milestones - not arbitrary calendar dates. If a milestone slips, payment slips. That keeps every party - including us - honest about progress.
Defects rectified before final payment
We end every project with a joint walkthrough. Anything you flag during that walkthrough gets fixed before the final invoice clears. We would rather absorb a small rectification cost than hand over a job we are not proud of.

Catherine Ng
Design Director
Catherine Ng leads design and project oversight at Sun Synergy Contracts. Every project, residential or commercial, passes through her hands at design concept, contract review, and pre-handover quality check.
That is deliberate. It means every client knows exactly who is responsible for the design intent of their space and the quality of its delivery. It also means the named designer is the same person you meet at the first consultation, the same person who signs off your contract, and the same person who walks the site with you at handover.
Catherine sets the standard the rest of the team works to: precise specifications, no shortcuts on materials, and a final result that matches what was promised at design stage.

Our office is in Taman Petaling Utama, Petaling Jaya. We work daily across PJ, Subang Jaya, USJ, Puchong, Kuala Lumpur, Shah Alam, Klang, Cyberjaya, and Kajang. For commercial fit-out and high-value residential projects, we accept commissions across the rest of Malaysia.
