How we work
Our Wet Works & Plumbing process
Scope and Layout Review
We review the proposed bathroom or wet area layout, identify plumbing inlet and outlet positions, and advise on any structural constraints before demolition begins.
Hacking and Demolition
Existing tiles, sanitary ware, and plumbing fixtures are removed. All surfaces are inspected for water damage or mould before preparation begins.
Plumbing Reconfiguration
Supply and waste pipes are repositioned to suit the new layout. All pipe joints are tested for leaks before any wall or floor surface is closed.
Waterproofing
A full waterproofing membrane is applied to all wet area floors and walls, with a minimum curing period before tiling proceeds. This step is non-negotiable.
Tiling and Fitting
Wall and floor tiles are laid, grouted, and finished. Sanitary ware, shower enclosures, and accessories are fitted and tested before handover.

A full bathroom renovation - hacking, waterproofing, tiling, plumbing, and fitting - typically takes 10-15 working days per bathroom. The waterproofing membrane requires 3-5 days to cure before tiling can begin, which is non-negotiable and should not be compressed.

Yes, subject to site conditions. Relocating floor waste points, basin waste, and shower points is standard scope. Relocating main inlet pipes or soil stack connections requires assessment and may involve additional coordination with the building management.
