How Sun Synergy Contracts is different

Concept Development
We develop a full interior concept including mood board, space plan, material palette, and furniture selection for your approval.
3D Visualisation
Photorealistic 3D renders of your space so you can see exactly how the finished result will look before any work begins.
Design & Build Execution
Our certified construction team builds out the approved design, with Catherine overseeing quality at every stage.
Styling & Handover
Final styling, accessory placement, and a thorough walkthrough before we hand you the keys to your transformed space.

We offer both. Our design-only service produces full construction drawings and material specifications that any contractor can build from. Our design and build service - which most clients choose - combines both under one contract and one point of accountability, eliminating the gap between what was designed and what gets built.

Catherine Ng, our Design Director, personally leads every client brief. She is supported by our in-house design team for 3D visualisation and documentation, and our certified construction team for the build phase.

Yes. We have delivered fit-outs for retail outlets, F&B, office spaces, and institutional buildings. Commercial projects follow the same design and build process with additional consideration for brand compliance, footfall, and durability of materials.

Yes. Our studio and project office is in Petaling Jaya, which means we can arrange a site visit within 24 hours for clients across PJ, Damansara, TTDI, Bandar Utama, Subang Jaya, and Puchong. Being Petaling Jaya-based also means our team knows local council requirements, typical property layouts (link, semi-d, bungalow, strata), and the reliable material suppliers and specialist subcontractors in the area.
