Site Assessment
We visit your property to assess the existing floor condition, measure the area, and identify any substrate issues that need correcting before installation begins.
Material Selection
We guide you through the flooring range - SPC thickness, tile size and finish, grout colour, profile type - and provide samples for your review before ordering.
Substrate Preparation
The existing floor is prepared - levelled, cleaned, or screeded where necessary - to ensure a flat, stable base that prevents future issues.
Installation
Our team installs the flooring in full, including all cuts, profiles, skirting, and transitions between flooring types or zones.
Inspection and Handover
Every installation is checked for hollow tiles, uneven joints, and finish quality before we hand over the completed floor.

Premium Flooring FAQ

SPC (Stone Polymer Composite) is a rigid-core luxury vinyl that is fully waterproof, highly durable, and resistant to indentation. Standard vinyl planks have a softer core and are more flexible but less rigid underfoot. For high-traffic areas, wet zones, or anywhere durability matters, SPC is the preferred choice. Both are installed as floating floors without adhesive.

A standard bedroom (12-15 sqm) takes 1-2 days to tile including grout curing time. Full-unit tiling for a typical apartment takes 3-5 days depending on layout complexity and tile size. Large-format tiles (600x1200mm and above) require additional time for precise laying and levelling.

SPC and vinyl planks can often be installed over existing tiles if they are flat, firm, and well-bonded - this avoids hacking costs and reduces disruption. Porcelain tiling generally requires the old tiles to be hacked first. We confirm the best approach during the initial site visit.
