Platinum Arena

Project overview

The Platinum Arena unit was transformed in thirty days from an empty condominium into a fully fitted home. Custom built-in carpentry was installed throughout every room, full tiling and epoxy flooring laid across the unit, plaster ceilings fitted, all mechanical and electrical works completed, and a CCTV security system installed and commissioned. The one-month delivery required detailed pre-site coordination and a tightly sequenced crew schedule to meet the handover date without compromising on finish quality.
